A bit about us

Based in Chicago Illinois, Global Golf Management is a worldwide sports event management company with a storied past and an exciting future. Founded in 1989, GGM has successfully staged more than 1000+ events on five continents. We’ve discovered the perfect formula for honoring the history, dedication, and commitment that the sport of golf is known for while presenting it in a package that’s innovative and exciting.

GGM currently provides consultation, management, and tournament operations service for over 40 professional golf events across the globe. Our team

At GGM we believe that professionalism can still be exciting. Our team is made up of highly dedicated, down-to-earth individuals who are ready to face any challenge with a positive attitude, a fresh approach, and a relentless commitment to our client’s complete satisfaction.

Mike Harmon, Principal

Mike Harmon is a 20-year veteran of the golf industry, with his first tournament being the Kroger Senior Classic in Cincinnati. Mike focuses on development of new projects and business opportunities for GGM. Currently, he serves as co-tournament director for the Puerto Rico Open. He has served as Tournament Director at a number of events, among them World Cup of Golf in Malaysia, Star Bank LPGA Classic, and the Shinhan Korea Golf Championship. Mike is a graduate from the University of Michigan, and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama, with his wife Shannon and two sons, Brady and Jake.

Jeff Raedle, Principal

Heading up the Chicago office for Global Golf Management, Jeff Raedle oversees the management and business affairs of the company, specifically GGM’s current golf projects in the Bahamas, Mexico, and Brazil. Jeff started his Global Golf career as an operations intern in 1992 at the Mediterranean Open. Since then, he has operated events around the globe, while living abroad in places such as China, South Africa, New Zealand, and Argentina. Jeff is fluent in the Spanish language, and in addition speaks German and Portuguese. Raedle has a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Illinois

Karen Calvesbert, Tournament Coordinator

Karen serves the Tournament Manager for the Puerto Rico Open on the PGA TOUR.  She oversees a number of GGM projects, and previously worked as Tournament Coordinator on the PGA Tour Latinoamerica. Karen played collegiate golf at Rollins College, 1997-2001, earning a BA in Environmental Studies. As a San Juan native, Karen was a 5-year member of the Puerto Rico National Golf Team.

Zach Decicco, Tournament Operations Manager

Zach is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and was a Sociology major (2012) at Washington  & Jefferson College. Zach oversees operations at GGM’s projects in The Bahamas, as well as two Web.com TOUR events.  Prior to Global Golf he worked with the Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton, Florida where he was Facilities Coordinator of day-to-day operations at Mckechnie Field.  He currently resides in Redington Beach, Florida.

Rick Doell, Tournament Operations Director

Rick, a member of Global Golf’s field operations team since 1994, acts as the Operations Director at the Rex Hospital Open, a Web.com Tour event. He serves in a similar capacity at various other domestic events. Rick, an educator, teacher and football coach for 25 years at the college and high school level, earned his BA at Colgate University and his M.ED at Alfred University, both in New York.

Aaron Flickinger, Senior Director of Operations

Aaron oversees GGM’s new project development, operations, and logistics. Since 1998, Mr. Flickinger has played an integral operations role both domestically and abroad, with key stints at the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic, Presidents Cup, and US Women’s Open. He is a graduate of Xavier University with a degree in Sports Marketing.

Marilia Juarbe, Sponsorships, Player Services & Hospitality

Marilia has served the last ten years as the Player Services & Hospitality Director for the Puerto Rico Open. She also manages transportation and player services for a number of other GGM projects. Ms. Juarbe has a BA from the University of Puerto Rico and a Masters degree from Les Roches Marbella, Swiss Hotel Management School.

Brian Krusoe, Tournament Director

Mr. Krusoe started with GGM in 2006 and grew up in Ohio. Brian is currently the Tournament Director for the WEB.COM Tour’s Rex Hospital Open and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Selina Maddox, Tournament Services

Selina joins GGM with experience working with volunteers from both LPGA Tour and PGA TOUR events. She currently oversees the volunteers at the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic and Barbasol Championship. Selina is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with her four children Sara, Bentley, Greer and Molly.

Patty Nogle, Tournament Services

Patty has been with Global Golf Management for the past 15 years, and assists on many events including the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic and the Rex Hospital Open. Patty’s interest for golf was introduced to her by her father Waldo Matthews, a high school coach.

Emily Norell, Tournament Coordinator

A veteran of the hospitality and catering side of golf events, Emily’s inaugural event with GGM was the 2013 Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic. Ms. Norell is the face of the franchise in The Bahamas, where she is our Tournament Director.  Emily hails from Maple Lake, Minnesota and previously worked in the golf industry for five years.

Kristy Nutt, Tournament Director

Kristy acts as GGM’s Tournament Director for the Volunteers of America Texas Shootout, the only LPGA Tour event in Texas. Kristy has a BA in Communications from George Mason University, where she also played Division 1 Lacrosse.  Kristy first worked events on the PGA TOUR before joining the LPGA Tour in 2011. Kristy is married to Stephen Nutt and they reside in Fort Worth, Texas.

Matt Truax, Business Development

Matt Truax has been working with the GGM team since 2006 and serves as the Project Manager for LPGA events in The Bahamas and Dallas. Matt is instrumental in all new business initiatives for Global Golf.  Matt was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana where he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Loyola.

William Truax, Tournament Operations Manager

A five-year veteran with GGM, William first interned with GGM at the 2011 Players Championship.  His core responsibilities include managing GGM’s operations in Dallas and Puerto Rico.  Will graduated from the University of South Carolina, with a major in Political Science.  A Metairie, LA native, Mr. Truax resides in Birmingham, Alabama.

Kristi Tschudin, Volunteer Coordinator

Kristi serves as the Tournament Coordinator for the Volunteers of America Texas Shootout in Dallas, TX. She also works as tournament services support for several other LPGA, PGA, and Web.com Tour events with GGM. Kristi played collegiate golf at Western Illinois University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Sports Management.

Pablo Zarattini, Tournament Director

Pablo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has a degree in Psychology with Sports specialization.  Currently living in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Pablo is the Tournament Director for the PGA TOUR’s  Puerto Rico Open. He joined GGM in 2012, previously overseeing PGA TOUR Latinoamérica operations for 2 years.
